工作原(yuan)理：

Working principle:

  防爆、安(an)全閥作為(wéi)壓縮、易爆(bao)氣體管道(dao)系統中的(de)卸⭐壓裝💛置(zhi)。當系統壓(yā)力大于表(biǎo)壓力時，防(fang)爆膜片則(zé)自行破裂(lie)，安全閥闆(pan)則自行開(kāi)啟洩壓，以(yǐ)防止系統(tong)發生爆炸(zhà)，保證生産(chan)和人身安(an)全。

  The valve is the unloading device of compress easy-exploding pipe. The slice would break itself and the board would open to release pressure automatically when the system pressure is above meter pressure, which can prevent the explosion and protect the production and person’s safety.

  放散閥(fá)、放風閥作(zuo)為輸送氣(qì)體管道中(zhōng)的特殊卸(xiè)壓裝♌置🏃‍♀️，可(ke)以根據系(xì)統需要，經(jing)手動控制(zhì)或自動控(kòng)制來完成(chéng)對管道系(xì)統中氣體(tǐ)的排放或(huo)補充，其密(mì)封🔞面根據(jù)不同工況(kuàng)、不同🌏溫度(du)，可采用橡(xiàng)膠軟密封(feng)或金屬硬(ying)密封形式(shì)。

  The discharging air valve and scatter valve is used in the transporting gas pipe system for special discharging device. It can let or supply the gas in the pipe system by manual or automatic control according to the system demand. Rubber soft sealing or metal hard sealing can be adopted in terms of different working condition and temperature.

安裝及調(diao)試：

Installation and regulation:

l   防爆、安(ān)全閥作為(wei)系統終端(duān)或旁路終(zhong)端的安全(quán)設備，為法(fǎ)💯蘭式連接(jiē)。

l   防爆閥、洩(xiè)爆閥安全(quan)膜片，安全(quan)閥、安全閥(fá)闆根據客(kè)戶系統****安(ān)全壓力而(ér)定。使用時(shí)，必須核對(dui)工況性能(néng)🚶‍♀️參數是否(fǒu)🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏼與該産品(pin)相符，切不(bu)可盲目安(ān)裝使用。

l   安(an)裝時，清理(li)安全膜片(pian)、安全閥闆(pǎn)，不允許有(yǒu)污垢附着(zhe)，兩法蘭👉連(lián)接時，中間(jiān)需加密封(feng)墊。

l   防爆、安(ān)全閥，保護(hù)動作後，必(bì)須馬上更(geng)換安全膜(mó)片或檢查(cha)安全閥闆(pan)狀态。

l   防爆(bào)、安全閥應(ying)随時處于(yu)臨界動作(zuo)狀态，以保(bao)護系統。

l   放(fang)散閥、放風(fēng)閥的安裝(zhuāng)條件必須(xu)保證人員(yuán)安全，便于(yú)操作與觀(guan)察。

l   Anti-exploding or safety valve is the safety equipment on the end of system or side road, which is connected by flanges.

l   Safety film, safety valve and valve board are decided by the max safety pressure of user’s system. Examine the performance parameters of working condition when operate.

l   Clean the safety film and valve board when install and there is no dirt. Add seal cushion between the two flanges.

l   Exchange the safety film or check the state of valve board immediately after protecting action is over.

l   The valve should be in the critical action state at any time in order to protect system.

l   The installation condition must ensure the safety of the operator and make it easy to operate and observe.

運輸保(bǎo)管：

Transportation and protection:

l  運輸時(shi)應避免撞(zhuang)擊閥門和(he)安全膜片(pian)、安全閥闆(pan)及放風閥(fá)的㊙️傳動裝(zhuang)置。

l  閥門應(yīng)存放在幹(gàn)燥室内，不(bú)允許露天(tiān)存放或堆(dui)置，保護安(ān)全閥閥闆(pan)密封面。放(fàng)散閥，放風(feng)閥應對傳(chuan)動裝置及(jí)傳動部位(wèi)作防鏽、防(fáng)潮處理。

l  Avoid bumping valve gate, safety film, safety valve board and transmission device of discharging air valve when transport the valve.

l  Anticorrosive and dampproof measures should be taken to the transmission devices and parts of the discharging air valve and scatter valve.

維(wei)護及檢修(xiū)：

Maintenance and examination:

l  定期檢查(chá)各安全閥(fá)，防爆閥的(de)運行情況(kuàng)。

l  如出現安(an)全閥、防爆(bao)閥的安全(quan)膜片爆破(pò)後，請在排(pái)除系🐇統🌈故(gu)障📐後及時(shi)更換安全(quán)膜片。

l  對放(fang)風閥的執(zhí)行機構定(dìng)期檢查，對(dui)傳動部分(fen)加潤滑油(yóu)，定🔅期更換(huan)潤滑脂。

l  對(dui)密閉狀況(kuàng)要定期檢(jian)查，及時更(gèng)換。

l  Check the working condition of the safety valve and anti-explosion valve regularly.

l  If the safety film of safety valve and anti-explosion valve is demolished, please exchange the safety film in time after solve the failure.

l  Check the actuator of the discharging air valve regularly. Add lubricant to the transmission parts and replace the lubricant grease regularly.

l  Check the sealing condition regularly and replace in time.

l  Please indicate the type, model and technical parameter (using temperature, working condition of equipment and characteristic of medium etc) referring to the product sample when you place an order.

l  The actuator is normal type without any special corresponding accessory if the valve needs transmission device. If you have special demand (anti-explosion and outdoors etc), please indicate it in the contract.
