  物料(liào)切斷閥(fá)采用優(you)質鋼材(cái)焊接而(ér)成，其結(jié)構科學(xue)合理，緊(jin)湊獨特(te)，操作靈(ling)活，維護(hu)方便，密(mi)封性能(néng)可靠。其(qí)楔緊工(gōng)作原👈理(lǐ)使插闆(pǎn)越關越(yuè)緊，使密(mi)封永遠(yuǎn)處于良(liang)好狀态(tai)。而插闆(pǎn)一旦開(kai)啟，馬上(shang)與密封(fēng)面脫離(lí)，以保證(zhèng)密封面(mian)不受🚩磨(mó)損，且密(mì)封面敞(chǎng)開式，物(wù)料無法(fa)附着和(he)沉🈲積。此(cǐ)構造是(shì)密封的(de)關鍵所(suǒ)在。W表示(shì)密封面(mian)為橡膠(jiao)軟密封(feng)，P表示密(mi)封面為(wéi)合金硬(ying)密封。配(pèi)用不同(tong)的傳動(dong)裝置滿(man)足不同(tong)工況需(xu)求。Z73為手(shǒu)輪傳動(dòng)，WZ73為蝸輪(lun)傳動，DZ73為(wéi)電💋動裝(zhuāng)置傳動(dòng)，QZ73為氣⭐動(dòng)裝置傳(chuán)動。

  The valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of compact and scientific structure, hand to operate, easy to maintenance and reliable sealing. The working principle is choking, the sealing is always in the best state while the disc is closed. The disc separates from sealing surface when it is opened, which avoids abrasion of the sealing surface. The sealing surface is in open state and the material cannot cohere or deposit, which the key to the sealing. W means the sealing surface is rubber soft sealing, P means the sealing surface is alloy hard sealing. It can meet different requirement of working conditions equipped with different transmission devices. Z73 denotes hand wheel drive, WZ73 denotes worm gear drive, DZ73 denotes electric device drive and QZ73 pneumatic device drive.

  物料切(qiē)斷閥主(zhu)要由閥(fá)體、插闆(pan)、密封副(fù)、傳動杆(gan)及傳動(dòng)裝💔置等(deng)⛱️部件組(zǔ)成。手動(dong)物料切(qie)斷閥由(you)人工轉(zhuǎn)動手輪(lun)，沿順時(shi)針方向(xiàng)為關，逆(nì)時針方(fang)向為開(kai)。由旋轉(zhuan)螺母帶(dài)動傳動(dong)杆作向(xiang)上運動(dong)🙇‍♀️，使插闆(pǎn)脫離密(mì)封面向(xiàng)上位移(yí)，直至全(quan)開，反之(zhī)為關。蝸(wo)輪傳動(dong)物料切(qiē)斷閥由(yóu)人工轉(zhuan)動蝸輪(lun)裝置手(shǒu)輪，順時(shí)針📞方向(xiàng)為關，逆(ni)時針方(fāng)向為開(kāi)，帶動蝸(wō)輪副旋(xuan)轉從而(ér)帶動傳(chuán)動杆向(xiang)上運動(dong)，使插闆(pǎn)全開，反(fan)之全關(guan)。電動物(wu)料切斷(duan)閥由Z型(xing)電動裝(zhuang)置得到(dào)㊙️指令動(dòng)作旋轉(zhuǎn)螺母帶(dai)動傳動(dòng)杆作運(yun)動⛱️，使插(cha)闆起到(dào)🏃🏻開關作(zuò)用。氣動(dòng)物料切(qiē)斷閥由(yóu)二位五(wu)通電磁(cí)換向閥(fá)控制，10A-5R氣(qi)動推杆(gǎn)❓帶動傳(chuán)動杆作(zuò)往複運(yùn)動，使插(cha)闆起😍到(dao)開關作(zuo)用。

  The valve is mainly made up of body, inserting disc, sealing pairs, transmission pole and transmission device etc. The hand wheel of the manual valve is rotated in clockwise and closes the valve, anticlockwise rotation means open. The transmission pole moves upwards and makes the disc separate from sealing surface and move upwards until the valve is fully opened. The hand wheel of worm gear drive valve is rotated by hand. Clockwise rotation means close and anticlockwise means open. The transmission pole moves upward, the worm gear pairs rotate until the disc is fully opened. Type Z electric device of electric valve receives the order and rotates nut to drive the transmission pole in order to open or close the disc. The pneumatic valve is controlled by two-bite five-way electromagnetism reversal valve. Type 10A-5R pneumatic draw stem drives the transmission pole move reciprocally to open or close the disc.

Usage explanation

l  安裝(zhuāng)時必需(xū)清除閥(fa)門内腔(qiang)雜物和(he)污漬，請(qing)注意閥(fa)♉體上箭(jian)頭🈲所指(zhi)介質流(liu)向。兩法(fǎ)蘭連接(jie)時必需(xu)加密封(feng)墊片，然(rán)後均勻(yún)擰緊螺(luó)🤩栓。

l  安裝(zhuāng)前先手(shǒu)動閥門(mén)一個周(zhou)期，無異(yì)常現象(xiàng)方可上(shàng)線安裝(zhuang)。

l  運行時(shí)應定期(qi)給各傳(chuán)動部分(fen)加潤滑(hua)油，定期(qī)檢修傳(chuán)動裝置(zhi)。

l  若長期(qī)存放，請(qǐng)給傳動(dong)部分加(jia)潤滑油(you)，作防潮(chao)處理，不(bú)要露天(tian)堆置。

l   Clear out the lumber and dust in valve chest when install. Pay attention to the medium direction indicated by arrow. Add seal shim between two flanges and then screw the bolt.

l   Operate the valve by hand for a period of time before install. When there is no anomaly, the valve can be installed.

l   Add lubricant to the transmission parts and check the transmission device regularly.

Add lubricant to the transmission parts when it is stored for a long time. It cannot be put in the air and treatment of damp proof
