Air elevating engine

  空氣提升(sheng)器廣泛适用于(yu)建材、水泥、鋁業(yè)、銅業、礦山、輕工(gōng)等行🚶‍♀️業中，凡能(néng)充氣流不發生(sheng)離析現象的粉(fen)狀物料均可經(jing)過垂直管道輸(shū)送到30~100m高度位置(zhi)的料氣分離倉(cāng)或料庫内，适用(yòng)于1~15t/h的系統中。

  The engine is widely used in building material, cement, aluminum, copper, mining and light industries etc. Powder material can be transferred into the storage or material-air separator through the vertical pipe, when inflate and eduction phenomenon wouldn’t happen. The high of storage is from 30 meter to 100 meter. It is suitable for 1~15t/h system.

  該産品(pǐn)整體為鋼制焊(hàn)接，全部采用優(yōu)質鋼闆焊接而(er)成💋，結構緊湊，性(xing)能科學合理，使(shi)用壽命長，安裝(zhuāng)方便，能很好的(de)滿足工🌈況。空氣(qì)提升器改進了(le)傳統的🍉進氣方(fāng)式，采用一個氣(qì)源分二🔞路進氣(qi)的方式。一路由(yóu)控制蝶閥進入(rù)氣室，進入氣🎯室(shì)的高壓氣體通(tōng)過沸騰闆使上(shàng)♌面的物料活躍(yuè)跳動發生位移(yi)。另一路由吹管(guan)向上直🏃🏻‍♂️吹，經過(guo)特定科學設計(ji)的噴口☎️形成強(qiang)勁有力的高壓(yā)✍️氣流把物料帶(dai)着向上位移，使(shǐ)物料到達一定(dìng)高度後⭕，經氣料(liao)分離器沉👨‍❤️‍👨積，氣(qi)體向上排出。

  This series product is welded in fine steel, having the features of compact structure, logical and scientific performance, long life, convenient installation and can meet the working condition very well. The traditional air-entry type has been improved. Now the type is that one air headstream is divided into two-way air entry. The one enters the gas-room through control butterfly valve. The high-pressure gas moves the material on the boil plate. The other gas is blown through the pipe. The gas is translated to high-temperature through especially scientific designed nozzle to move the material upward. The material is sediment through material-gas separator after it reaches a certain height and gas is let out upwards.
