  插(cha)闆閥是綜(zōng)合多年來(lái)使用插闆(pan)閥的經驗(yàn)創新的設(shè)計，主要用(yòng)于通風除(chu)塵、風力輸(shū)送及排風(fēng)系統管路(lu)上的調節(jiē)和固體粉(fen)料輸送的(de)調節和切(qiē)斷。

  This series valve is the most innovative design basing on the experience of using inserting disc valve. It is mainly used to regulate in pipes of venting removing dust, carrying, venting system and to regulate or cutting carrying of solid powder.

  采用優(you)質鋼材焊(hàn)接而成，具(ju)有結構簡(jiǎn)單，操作自(zi)如，閥💋闆👄滑(hua)🔆動靈活，密(mì)閉性能優(yōu)良等特點(diǎn)。特别是局(ju)部阻力損(sun)失小，調⭐節(jie)性能好📱，維(wéi)護保養拆(chāi)卸方便，不(bu)易變形，克(kè)服了老式(shì)插闆💯閥漏(lou)風大、變形(xing)快、調節困(kùn)難的毛病(bìng)。特别适用(yòng)于無粘度(dù)的固體粉(fen)料☎️及小于(yú)Ф10mm顆🌈粒料、晶(jīng)體料、固狀(zhuang)物料的輸(shu)送。

  This valve is welded in fine steel and simple in structure, handy to operate, smooth to slide, good in seal. Especially it is less loss in local resistance, good regulation, convenient to replace and maintain, not distorted. It overcomes the defect of outdated inserting disc valve such as great leakage, distorting quickly and difficulty in regulating. It is suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid, solid material less than 10mm.

工(gong)作原理：

Working principle:

  插(cha)闆閥主要(yao)由執行機(ji)構、閥體、插(cha)闆、密封裝(zhuāng)置、行程👌開(kāi)㊙️關☂️等部件(jian)組成。運行(háng)時輸出指(zhi)令（電源或(huò)氣源）給執(zhí)行機構，由(yóu)執行機🚩構(gòu)帶動插闆(pan)向外抽出(chu)，達到工⚽況(kuàng)需要位置(zhi)，撞動行程(chéng)🐅開關停🚶‍♀️止(zhi)，由行程開(kai)關反饋信(xin)号（開關👉信(xìn)号）給控制(zhi)室。反之則(ze)關閉插闆(pan)閥（向内🔆推(tuī)進）。

  The valve is mainly made up of actuator, body, disc, seal device and journey switch etc. Instruction is transmitted to the actuator. The actuator drives disc draw out to reach the requiring position and then bumps the journey switch to stop. Journey switch feeds back the signal to control room. Otherwise close disc.

使用說(shuo)明：

Operation instruction:

l  本閥連(lián)接方式為(wei)法蘭連接(jie)。

l  本閥可水(shuǐ)平或垂直(zhí)安裝，安裝(zhuang)時兩法蘭(lan)聯接中間(jiān)必須加密(mì)封墊片，然(ran)後均勻鎖(suǒ)緊螺栓。

l  手(shǒu)動操作時(shi)向外抽出(chū)為開，向内(nei)推進為關(guān)。不得在🔞把(bǎ)手上增加(jiā)📱輔助器材(cái)。

l  執行機構(gou)應按其使(shi)用說明正(zheng)确接線與(yǔ)操作。

l  若長(zhǎng)期存放應(ying)使設備處(chù)于關閉狀(zhuàng)态，各傳動(dong)部位🔞應加(jia)潤滑油，不(bu)允許露天(tian)存放或堆(duī)置。

l   Joint type of this valve is flange joint.

l   The valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt.

l   Draw out handle means open and push in means close. Assistant lever can’t be added to handle.

l   Actuator must be connected and operated exactly according to the operation instruction.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
