  LZ系列(liè)螺旋閘門用于(yu)建材、冶金、礦山(shan)、電力、化工、玻璃(lí)、輕⛷️工、糧食⛷️等行(hang)業的庫頂、庫底(dǐ)及進出口等。是(shi)控制流量變化(hua)較大，啟動頻繁(fán)，切斷迅速的理(li)想設備。

  This valve is widely used at the  top and bottom of store house and carry port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

  結構簡單、操(cao)作靈活、重量輕(qing)、無卡阻、切斷快(kuài)，特别适用☎️于各(gè)類無粘度的固(gu)體、粉料及小于(yu)Φ10mm的顆粒料，晶粒(lì)料的輸送及流(liú)量調節，安裝不(bú)受角度限制， 操(cao)作⛹🏻‍♀️方便， 能随時(shí)調節開度。該閥(fa)門有手輪和鍊(lian)輪操縱兩種操(cāo)作形式，I型為手(shou)輪，II為鍊輪。單向(xiang)和雙向兩種🏃‍♀️結(jie)構形式，LZD為單向(xiang)、LZS為雙向。

  This valve is simple in structure, handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle and operated handily. The size of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. Ⅰ means manual wheel. Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction LZD is signal direction and LZS is double direction.

工作原(yuan)理：

Working principle

  主要由框架(jia)、閘闆、絲杆、螺母(mǔ)等零件構成，用(yòng)手轉動手輪使(shǐ)絲杆💰帶着絲杆(gan)螺母和閘闆沿(yan)水平方向往複(fú)運動，達到閘門(men)的啟閉目的。

  It is mainly made up of frame, gate board, screw pole, nut etc. Rotate the handwheel by hand, then the screw pole drives the nut and gate board move in horizontal to and fro to open or close the valve.

使用(yong)說明：

Usage explanation:

l  本閥可水(shuǐ)平安裝或垂直(zhí)安裝，安裝時兩(liang)法蘭連接中😄間(jian)必須加密封墊(niàn)片，然後鎖緊螺(luo)栓。

l  操作時手輪(lun)順時針旋轉為(wéi)閥關，反之為開(kāi)，不得在手輪🏃🏻上(shàng)再增加輔助杠(gang)杆。

l  若長期存放(fang)應使設備處于(yu)關閉狀态，各傳(chuan)動部位🌈應加📱潤(run)滑♊油，不允許露(lù)天存放或堆置(zhì)。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You can not add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shut-down if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open air and piling up is not permitted.
