  This series valve is widely used in metallurgy, building material, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. It is the discharging device of stove and removing dust system.

  該鐘形卸(xiè)灰閥由閥體(ti)、錐形閥塞、連(lián)杆、驅動裝置(zhì)等🤟組成，用連(lian)杆❤️拉動閥塞(sāi)上下運動完(wan)成啟閉動作(zuò)。其中X型為橡(xiàng)膠軟密封，應(ying)用于冶煉高(gāo)爐噴煤系統(tong)的煤粉輸送(sòng)控制👉。W型為閥(fa)體本體材料(liao)密封，應用于(yú)除塵系統塵(chén)灰輸送控制(zhi)。

  This valve is made up of body, cone valve plug, connected pole, driving device etc. The plug drew by the connected pole moves up and down to complete the action of open and close. Type X denotes rubber soft seal, which is applied to carrying control of coal powder in smelt blast furnace gushing coal system. Type W denotes body material seal, which is applied to carrying control of dust powder in removing dust system.

Working principle:

  手動(dòng)鐘形卸灰閥(fa)利用力矩平(píng)衡的方法實(shí)現卸灰。當作(zuo)用于錐形塞(sāi)上的物料産(chan)生的力矩大(da)于重錘搖杆(gǎn)産生的力矩(jǔ)時，錐形🐕塞打(dǎ)開向下卸灰(hui)。一旦積灰卸(xiè)去後，重錘與(yu)搖杆産生的(de)力矩使錐形(xing)塞迅速💛關閥(fá)。落料的頻率(lǜ)及㊙️卸灰量依(yi)據工況需要(yao)來調整🚩重錘(chui)位置。

  執行機(ji)構得到程序(xu)指令後推動(dòng)搖杆使錐形(xing)塞打⚽開‼️向下(xià)卸灰，積灰卸(xie)去後，依據程(cheng)序規定時間(jian)，推杆推進使(shi)錐形塞關閉(bì)密閉。執行機(ji)構的推出與(yu)推進都有行(hang)程控制，同時(shi)反☎️饋開關信(xìn)号。

  The valve realizes discharging using trimming moment. When the moment made by material on cone plug is greater than that of heavy hammer and rocker, the plug will open adown to discharge. After discharge the moment made by heavy hammer and rocker will drive cone plug close quickly. Dropping material frequency and discharge amount is determined by the working condition demand to adjust heavy hammer position.

  Actuator drives the rocker after receives program order, and the rocker drives the plug open adown to discharge dust. Draw stem drives the plug to close according to the program time after discharge. Push and extrusion of actuator are controlled by journey and feed back switch signal at the same time.

l  安裝(zhuāng)時請注意閘(zhá)門本體上标(biao)明介質流向(xiang)，清除内腔附(fù)着物。兩法蘭(lan)連接時必須(xū)加密封墊片(piàn)，然後均❤️勻鎖(suǒ)緊螺🚶栓。

l  設備(bei)在運行時，請(qǐng)定期給傳動(dong)部分加潤滑(huá)油。執行部分(fen)🈲定🌈期維護和(hé)檢修。

l  若長期(qi)存放應使設(she)備處于關閉(bi)狀态，各傳動(dòng)部位加潤滑(hua)⭐油🈚，不允許露(lu)天存放或堆(dui)置。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Clean the inner body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l   Please add lubricant to transmission when equipment is operating and maintain and check the actuator regularly.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
