  The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to save energy and switch high temperature gas.

  旋轉高(gao)溫三通(tong)閥采用(yong)超強度(dù)熱強鋼(gang)、不鏽鋼(gāng)和優質(zhi)碳🐆素鋼(gang)焊接。耐(nài)溫700℃，為雙(shuang)層結構(gòu)，夾層襯(chen)有阻燃(ran)、耐🔅溫保(bao)💚熱材料(liào)，内🥰有耐(nài)熱鋼作(zuò)耐熱層(ceng)，耐溫1000℃，内(nèi)襯耐火(huǒ)材料和(he)隔熱層(céng)。該閥磨(mo)擦小、耐(nai)磨性高(gao)，且高溫(wēn)不變形(xíng)、不脫碳(tàn)。

  The valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. The structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. The material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. The ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. The lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. The valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

  旋(xuán)轉高溫(wēn)三通閥(fá)由閥體(tǐ)、旋轉翻(fān)闆、密封(fēng)副、軸和(he)傳動裝(zhuang)置等部(bù)⭕件構成(chéng)。由傳動(dòng)裝置帶(dài)動軸和(hé)搖臂使(shi)旋轉翻(fān)闆😄根據(ju)💁工況需(xu)要轉換(huàn)氣流方(fāng)向，達到(dao)封閉通(tōng)道的密(mi)封狀☎️态(tài)。開啟🏃🏻通(tong)道則通(tong)暢無🌍阻(zǔ)。反之，則(zé)轉換氣(qì)流方✉️向(xiàng)。

  XSTS 手動配(pèi)用蝸輪(lún)傳動裝(zhuāng)置。用鍊(lian)輪遠距(ju)離操作(zuo)，經蝸輪(lun)副帶🔅動(dòng)軸作旋(xuan)轉，達到(dào)介質換(huan)向的目(mu)的。

  XSTQ 氣動(dong)裝置配(pei)用氣動(dòng)裝置和(hé)蝸輪傳(chuán)動裝置(zhì)。手動由(you)鍊輪傳(chuan)動蝸‼️輪(lún)副，帶動(dong)閥軸作(zuo)旋轉，氣(qi)動由氣(qi)動推杆(gǎn)推動搖(yao)杆帶動(dong)閥軸作(zuo)🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏻旋轉，達(dá)到介質(zhi)換向的(de)目的。手(shou)動、氣動(dong)可無幹(gan)擾切換(huan)。

  The valve is made up of body, turning disc, seal, axle and transmission device etc. In order to reach the seal state of seal channel, transmission device drives the axle and rocker to exchange the flow direction of gas referring to the working condition. Open the channel the medium will flow without resistance. Otherwise it will exchange the flow direction of gas.

  XSTS is equipped with the worm wheel transmission device. It is operated by chain wheel from long range. Worm wheel drives the axle to make the chain wheel rotate in order to exchange direction of medium.

  XSTQ is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. The chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. Draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. Manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

Operation instruction

l 連接方(fang)式：進氣(qì)口為法(fǎ)蘭式連(lián)接，兩個(ge)出氣口(kou)為對🤩焊(hàn)式連接(jiē)。

l 安裝時(shi)請注意(yì)進氣方(fang)向（閥體(ti)上已标(biao)明）， 操作(zuò)時請注(zhù)意翻闆(pan)換💞向的(de)方向。

l 設(she)備在運(yun)行時，應(ying)定期給(gei)傳動部(bù)分加潤(rùn)滑油和(he)檢查傳(chuán)動部✉️分(fèn)運行情(qíng)況。

l 若長(zhang)期存放(fàng)，應使翻(fān)闆處于(yu)下通道(dao)關閉狀(zhuàng)态，給傳(chuán)動部☔分(fèn)㊙️加潤滑(huá)油，不要(yao)露天堆(dui)置。

l The connection of inlet is flange connection. Two vent holes are dual-welded connection.

l Pay attention to the inlet direction, which is marked on body when install the valve and the exchange direction of turning disc when operate.

l Add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.

l The down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. Add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air. 

運輸(shu)及保管(guan)：

Transportation and protection

l 運輸時(shi)應避免(mian)撞擊閥(fá)門，閥門(mén)應處于(yu)全閉位(wei)置以防(fáng)在運輸(shū)中損壞(huài)翻闆。

l 運(yun)輸時傳(chuan)動裝置(zhi)應懸空(kōng)，防止傳(chuan)動軸受(shòu)力過大(da)而變形(xíng)損壞。

l 傳(chuan)動裝置(zhi)及傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)作防潮(chao)、防雨處(chù)理。

l 該閥(fá)應存放(fàng)在幹燥(zào)的室内(nei)，不允許(xu)露天存(cún)放或堆(dui)🏃‍♂️置。長期(qi)存放時(shí)應使閥(fa)門處于(yu)關閉狀(zhuàng)态，各傳(chuan)動部位(wèi)加❤️潤滑(huá)油，傳動(dòng)裝置作(zuò)防潮、防(fang)塵處理(lǐ)。

l Avoid bumping of the valve when transported. The valve should be in close position to prevent from damaging of turning disc.

l The transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.

l Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
