VENT EXPLODING VALVE

洩爆(bao)閥主要适用于(yu)建材、冶金、電力(li)等行業部門。在(zai)承受🐉壓力的氣(qì)體管路容器設(she)備及系統中起(qǐ)瞬間洩壓作用(yong)，消除對管路、設(she)備的破壞，杜絕(jué)超壓爆炸事故(gù)發生，以保♉證生(sheng)産安全運行。

The valve is mainly used in building material, metallurgy and electric power industries etc. It is applied in bearing pressure gas pipe equipment and system to vent pressure in a flash and avoid destroy of pipe and device. It prevents the super-pressure exploding and assures the running of production

結(jié)構特點：

Structure characteristic:

XBF-Ⅰ型由箱(xiang)體及防爆門組(zu)成。當系統壓力(lì)超過設計壓力(li)🔴時，防爆門♍自行(hang)開啟洩壓，防止(zhǐ)系統發生爆炸(zha)。洩壓後，系統壓(yā)力降低☁️，防爆門(mén)在重錘的作用(yong)下自動回位。XBF-Ⅱ型(xíng)由閥體、防爆片(piàn)、夾持器、閥蓋、重(zhòng)錘等組成。當系(xi)統壓力👌超過設(she)計壓力時，防🌂爆(bao)片自行破裂，防(fang)止🍉系統發生爆(bào)炸。洩壓後，由☁️于(yú)重錘的作用，閥(fa)蓋自動關閉，可(ke)避免介質大量(liang)外洩。

Type XBF-Ⅰ is made up of body, anti-exploding slice, nip device, lid and heavy hammer etc. When the system pressure exceeds the design pressure, anti-exploding slice would break itself, which can prevent the exploding. After letting out pressure the lid would close automatically in the effect of heavy hammer. And prevent the vent of medium. XBF-Ⅱ is made up of box and anti-exploding gate. When the system pressure exceeds the design pressure, anti-exploding slice would break itself, which can prevent exploding. After letting out pressure the anti-exploding gate would replace automatically in the effect of heavy hammer.
