  該(gai)閥采用(yòng)優質鋼(gāng)闆焊接(jiē)而成，根(gēn)據不同(tong)的需要(yào)配備不(bú)同的執(zhi)✏️行機構(gòu)，具有輕(qīng)巧耐磨(mó)，開位指(zhǐ)示明确(que)，切換✔️方(fang)便，操作(zuo)靈活等(děng)特點。

  Ⅰ型(xíng)為側三(san)通溜子(zi)，Ⅱ為正三(san)通溜子(zǐ)，Ⅲ為四通(tōng)溜子。其(qí)驅動🐕方(fang)式分為(wéi)🤟：S手動，D電(dian)動，Z自動(dòng)，Q氣動， Y電(diàn)液動。

  The valve is welded in fine steel and equipped with different actuators according to the different demands. It has the features of lightweight, antifriction, definite indicating direction, handy switching and flexible operation etc.

  Type Ⅰ is side three-way liuzi, type Ⅱ is face three-way liuzi, type Ⅲ is four-way liuzi. The driving types are five: S denotes manual, D denotes electric, Z denotes automatic, Q denotes pneumatic and Y denotes electric hydraulic.

Working principle

三(san)、四通溜(liū)子主要(yào)由本體(ti)、分料闆(pǎn)、傳動軸(zhou)、軸承座(zuò)、密⭐封副(fù)、搖杆、傳(chuán)♻️動裝置(zhì)等組成(chéng)。手動三(san)、四通溜(liu)子，根據(jù)需要的(de)方💯向人(rén)工推動(dòng)搖杆上(shang)的重錘(chui)，即完成(cheng)介質流(liu)向的切(qie)換，滿足(zu)工況的(de)需要；電(dian)動三、四(si)通溜子(zi)，指令控(kòng)制元💚件(jiàn)使DT型電(dian)動推杆(gan)通電後(hòu)，推動搖(yáo)杆轉動(dòng)☔閥軸即(jí)可完成(cheng)介質流(liú)向的切(qie)換，滿足(zú)工況的(de)需要。自(zì)動三、四(si)通溜子(zǐ)，配用DKJ型(xing)電動執(zhi)行器，由(you)電動執(zhí)行器接(jie)受、變送(sòng)、調節DCS、PLC等(deng)上位儀(yí)表的控(kong)㊙️制信号(hao)或操作(zuo)器手控(kong)信号，輸(shu)出角㊙️位(wèi)移帶動(dòng)傳動軸(zhou)，把動力(li)傳給搖(yao)杆及閥(fa)軸帶動(dong)分料闆(pan)作同步(bù)旋轉運(yùn)動，達到(dào)換向及(ji)任意調(diao)節的作(zuò)用。電動(dong)執行器(qi)與分🈲料(liào)闆的開(kai)📞度同步(bu)反饋0～10mA或(huò) 4～20mA直流電(dian)信号，用(yong)戶可根(gēn)據電流(liú)信号來(lai)控制分(fèn)料闆的(de)任意開(kāi)度，達到(dào)調節的(de)目的。氣(qì)動🈲三、四(si)通溜🔴子(zi)，配用10A-5型(xíng)氣動元(yuán)件，通過(guo)雙控🤟二(er)位五通(tong)電控換(huàn)向閥驅(qu)動氣動(dong)推杆推(tuī)動搖杆(gan)帶動閥(fá)軸、分料(liao)闆即可(kě)完成介(jie)質流向(xiàng)的切換(huàn)，滿足工(gong)況的需(xū)要。電液(yè)動三、四(si)通溜子(zi)，配用DYT型(xing)電液推(tui)杆，推動(dong)搖杆帶(dai)動閥軸(zhou)、分料闆(pǎn)即可完(wán)成介質(zhì)流向的(de)切換，滿(man)足工況(kuàng)的需要(yào)。

The valve is mainly made up of body, separating plate, transmission shaft, bearing support, sealing, rocker and transmission device etc. Push the heavy hammer of manual valve and switch the flow direction according to the requirement. Command control unit of electric valve power the DT electric draw stem and push the rocker to rotate valve axle in order to switch medium flow direction. The automatic valve is equipped with DKJ electric actuator, which receives and adjusts the control sign of DCS, PLC epistasy meter or manual control sign of operating and outputs angle displacement to drive transmission shaft, then drive separating plate rotating with rocker and valve axle. The open angle of electric actuator and separating plate feeds back 0～10mA or 4～20mA DC signal. Users can control the open angle of plate according to the current signal to adjust the valve. Pneumatic valve is equipped with type 10A-5 pneumatic element and pneumatic draw stem driven by double-control two-bit five-way electric control reversal valve, pushing rocker to drive the axle and plate and switch the flow direction of medium. Electric hydraulic valve is equipped with type DYT electric hydraulic draw stem; it pushes the rocker to drive axle and plate and switch flow direction of medium and meets the requirement of working conditions.

運輸及(ji)保管：

Transportation and protection

l  運(yun)輸時應(yīng)避免撞(zhuang)擊三、四(si)通溜子(zǐ)，應處于(yu)全閉位(wei)置以🐕防(fang)在運輸(shū)中分料(liao)闆和傳(chuan)動部件(jian)損壞。

l  當(dang)三、四通(tōng)溜子水(shuǐ)平放置(zhi)運輸時(shí)傳動裝(zhuang)置及傳(chuán)動部位(wei)應✨懸空(kōng)，以防止(zhǐ)傳動軸(zhóu)受力過(guò)大導緻(zhì)變形損(sun)壞。

l  傳動(dòng)裝置及(jí)傳動部(bu)位應作(zuo)防潮、防(fáng)雨處理(lǐ)。

l  三、四通(tōng)溜子應(ying)存放在(zai)幹燥的(de)室内，不(bú)允許露(lù)天存放(fàng)或堆置(zhi)。長期存(cún)放時應(ying)使三、四(sì)通溜子(zǐ)處于關(guān)閉狀态(tai)，各傳動(dòng)部位加(jia)潤滑油(yóu)，傳動裝(zhuang)置作防(fang)潮、防塵(chen)處理。

l   Avoid bumping and the valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.

l   Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is in horizontal in order to prevent damage of driving axle.

l   Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l   The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

維(wéi)護及檢(jiǎn)修：

Maintenance and examination

l  定期(qi)檢查各(gè)傳動部(bu)位的運(yùn)行情況(kuàng)。

l  定期更(geng)換電動(dòng)執行器(qì)減速器(qì)的潤滑(huá)油，電動(dong)推杆的(de)潤滑脂(zhī)☎️，電液推(tui)杆的動(dòng)力油（150#機(ji)油），以保(bao)證其機(jī)械💛部分(fen)不受損(sǔn)壞。

l  定期(qī)檢查三(san)、四通溜(liu)子轉軸(zhou)處的密(mì)封狀況(kuang)，如發現(xiàn)密封🆚問(wèn)題請更(gèng)換或填(tian)加石墨(mo)填料。

l  定(ding)期檢查(cha)電液推(tui)杆、氣動(dòng)推杆的(de)活塞密(mi)封圈，以(yi)保證傳(chuán)動裝置(zhì)🔆正常運(yùn)行。

l   Examine the operating condition of driving part regularly.

l   Replace the lubrication of actuator reducer, lubricating grease of electric draw stem and motor oil of electric hydraulic draw stem regularly.

l   Examine the seal condition of rotate axle regularly. Replace or add graphite stuffing if there is mistake.

l   Examine the plunger joint ring of electric hydraulic draw stem and pneumatic draw stem in order to ensure the normal operation of transmission device.
