  This series valve is the most innovative design basing on the experience of using inserting disc valve. It is mainly used to regulate in pipes of venting removing dust, carrying, venting system and to regulate or cutting carrying of solid powder.

  This valve is welded in fine steel and simple in structure, handy to operate, smooth to slide, good in seal. Especially it is less loss in local resistance, good regulation, convenient to replace and maintain, not distorted. It overcomes the defect of outdated inserting disc valve such as great leakage, distorting quickly and difficulty in regulating. It is suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid, solid material less than 10mm.

工(gong)作原理(lǐ)：

Working principle:

  插闆閥(fá)主要由(you)執行機(ji)構、閥體(ti)、插闆、密(mi)封裝置(zhi)、行程⛷️開(kāi)關等部(bù)件組成(cheng)。運行時(shi)輸出指(zhi)令（電源(yuan)或氣源(yuan)）給執行(háng)機構，由(you)執行機(jī)構帶動(dong)插闆向(xiàng)外抽出(chu)，達到工(gong)況需要(yao)🔞位置，撞(zhuàng)動行程(cheng)開關停(ting)止，由行(háng)程開關(guān)反饋信(xìn)号（開關(guan)🔆信号）給(gěi)控制室(shì)。反之則(ze)關閉插(chā)😘闆閥（向(xiang)内推進(jin)）。

  The valve is mainly made up of actuator, body, disc, seal device and journey switch etc. Instruction is transmitted to the actuator. The actuator drives disc draw out to reach the requiring position and then bumps the journey switch to stop. Journey switch feeds back the signal to control room. Otherwise close disc.

l  本閥(fá)連接方(fāng)式為法(fǎ)蘭連接(jiē)。

l  本閥可(ke)水平或(huo)垂直安(an)裝，安裝(zhuāng)時兩法(fǎ)蘭聯接(jiē)中間必(bi)須加密(mi)封墊片(pian)，然後均(jun)勻鎖緊(jin)螺栓。

l  手(shou)動操作(zuò)時向外(wài)抽出為(wéi)開，向内(nèi)推進為(wei)關。不得(dé)在把手(shou)上增加(jia)輔助器(qì)材。

l  執行(hang)機構應(ying)按其使(shǐ)用說明(ming)正确接(jie)線與操(cāo)作。

l  若長(zhang)期存放(fang)應使設(shè)備處于(yú)關閉狀(zhuang)态，各傳(chuan)動部位(wèi)應加潤(run)滑油，不(bu)允許露(lù)天存放(fàng)或堆置(zhì)。

l   Joint type of this valve is flange joint.

l   The valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt.

l   Draw out handle means open and push in means close. Assistant lever can’t be added to handle.

l   Actuator must be connected and operated exactly according to the operation instruction.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
