  The valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of compact and scientific structure, hand to operate, easy to maintenance and reliable sealing. The working principle is choking, the sealing is always in the best state while the disc is closed. The disc separates from sealing surface when it is opened, which avoids abrasion of the sealing surface. The sealing surface is in open state and the material cannot cohere or deposit, which the key to the sealing. W means the sealing surface is rubber soft sealing, P means the sealing surface is alloy hard sealing. It can meet different requirement of working conditions equipped with different transmission devices. Z73 denotes hand wheel drive, WZ73 denotes worm gear drive, DZ73 denotes electric device drive and QZ73 pneumatic device drive.

  物(wu)料切斷(duan)閥主要(yao)由閥體(ti)、插闆、密(mi)封副、傳(chuan)動杆及(ji)傳動裝(zhuang)置等部(bu)件組成(cheng)。手動物(wu)料切斷(duan)閥由人(ren)工轉動(dong)手輪，沿(yan)順時針(zhen)方向為(wei)關，逆時(shi)針方向(xiang)為開。由(you)旋轉螺(luo)母帶動(dong)傳動杆(gan)作向💋上(shang)運動🔴，使(shi)插闆脫(tuo)離密封(feng)面向上(shang)位移，直(zhi)至全開(kai)，反之為(wei)關。蝸輪(lun)傳動物(wu)料切斷(duan)閥由人(ren)工轉動(dong)蝸輪裝(zhuang)置手輪(lun)，順時針(zhen)❤️方向為(wei)關，逆❓時(shi)針方向(xiang)為開，帶(dai)動蝸輪(lun)副旋轉(zhuan)從而帶(dai)動傳動(dong)杆☎️向上(shang)運動，使(shi)插闆全(quan)開，反之(zhi)全關。電(dian)動物料(liao)切斷閥(fa)由Z型電(dian)動裝置(zhi)得到指(zhi)令動作(zuo)旋轉螺(luo)🚶‍♀️母帶動(dong)傳動杆(gan)作運動(dong)，使插闆(pan)起到開(kai)關作用(yong)。氣動物(wu)料切斷(duan)閥🛀由二(er)位五通(tong)電磁換(huan)向閥控(kong)制，10A-5R氣動(dong)推杆帶(dai)動傳動(dong)😍杆作往(wang)複運動(dong)，使插闆(pan)起到㊙️開(kai)關作用(yong)。

  The valve is mainly made up of body, inserting disc, sealing pairs, transmission pole and transmission device etc. The hand wheel of the manual valve is rotated in clockwise and closes the valve, anticlockwise rotation means open. The transmission pole moves upwards and makes the disc separate from sealing surface and move upwards until the valve is fully opened. The hand wheel of worm gear drive valve is rotated by hand. Clockwise rotation means close and anticlockwise means open. The transmission pole moves upward, the worm gear pairs rotate until the disc is fully opened. Type Z electric device of electric valve receives the order and rotates nut to drive the transmission pole in order to open or close the disc. The pneumatic valve is controlled by two-bite five-way electromagnetism reversal valve. Type 10A-5R pneumatic draw stem drives the transmission pole move reciprocally to open or close the disc.

Usage explanation

l  安裝時(shi)必需清(qing)除閥門(men)内腔雜(za)物和污(wu)漬，請注(zhu)意閥體(ti)上👉箭頭(tou)所指介(jie)質流向(xiang)。兩法蘭(lan)連接時(shi)必需加(jia)密💚封墊(nian)片，然後(hou)均勻擰(ning)緊螺栓(shuan)。

l  安裝前(qian)先手動(dong)閥門一(yi)個周期(qi)，無異常(chang)現象方(fang)可上線(xian)安👨‍❤️‍👨裝。

l  運(yun)行時應(ying)定期給(gei)各傳動(dong)部分加(jia)潤滑油(you)，定期檢(jian)修傳動(dong)裝🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏻置。

l  若(ruo)長期存(cun)放，請給(gei)傳動部(bu)分加潤(run)滑油，作(zuo)防潮處(chu)理🔅，不✊要(yao)💛露天堆(dui)置。

l   Clear out the lumber and dust in valve chest when install. Pay attention to the medium direction indicated by arrow. Add seal shim between two flanges and then screw the bolt.

l   Operate the valve by hand for a period of time before install. When there is no anomaly, the valve can be installed.

l   Add lubricant to the transmission parts and check the transmission device regularly.
