  該(gai)鐘形(xing)卸灰(hui)閥由(you)閥體(ti)、錐形(xing)閥塞(sai)、連杆(gan)、驅動(dong)裝置(zhi)等組(zu)成，用(yong)連杆(gan)拉動(dong)閥塞(sai)上下(xia)運動(dong)完成(cheng)啟閉(bi)動作(zuo)。其中(zhong)X型👣為(wei)橡🌈膠(jiao)軟密(mi)封💛，應(ying)用于(yu)冶煉(lian)高爐(lu)噴煤(mei)系統(tong)的煤(mei)粉輸(shu)✨送控(kong)制。W型(xing)為閥(fa)體本(ben)體材(cai)料密(mi)封，應(ying)用于(yu)除💋塵(chen)系統(tong)塵灰(hui)輸送(song)控制(zhi)。

  This valve is made up of body, cone valve plug, connected pole, driving device etc. The plug drew by the connected pole moves up and down to complete the action of open and close. Type X denotes rubber soft seal, which is applied to carrying control of coal powder in smelt blast furnace gushing coal system. Type W denotes body material seal, which is applied to carrying control of dust powder in removing dust system.

Working principle:

  手動(dong)鐘形(xing)卸灰(hui)閥利(li)用力(li)矩平(ping)衡的(de)方法(fa)實現(xian)卸灰(hui)。當作(zuo)用⁉️于(yu)錐形(xing)塞上(shang)的物(wu)料産(chan)生的(de)力矩(ju)大于(yu)重錘(chui)搖杆(gan)産生(sheng)的力(li)矩時(shi)🤞，錐形(xing)塞打(da)開向(xiang)下卸(xie)灰。一(yi)旦積(ji)灰卸(xie)去後(hou)，重錘(chui)與搖(yao)杆産(chan)生的(de)力矩(ju)使錐(zhui)形塞(sai)迅速(su)關閥(fa)。落料(liao)的頻(pin)率及(ji)卸灰(hui)量依(yi)據工(gong)況需(xu)要來(lai)調整(zheng)😄重錘(chui)位置(zhi)。

  執行(hang)機構(gou)得到(dao)程序(xu)指令(ling)後推(tui)動搖(yao)杆使(shi)錐形(xing)塞打(da)開🙇‍♀️向(xiang)下卸(xie)灰，積(ji)灰卸(xie)去後(hou)，依據(ju)程序(xu)規定(ding)時間(jian)，推杆(gan)推進(jin)使錐(zhui)形塞(sai)關閉(bi)密閉(bi)。執行(hang)機構(gou)的推(tui)出與(yu)推進(jin)都有(you)行程(cheng)控制(zhi)，同時(shi)反饋(kui)開關(guan)信号(hao)。

  The valve realizes discharging using trimming moment. When the moment made by material on cone plug is greater than that of heavy hammer and rocker, the plug will open adown to discharge. After discharge the moment made by heavy hammer and rocker will drive cone plug close quickly. Dropping material frequency and discharge amount is determined by the working condition demand to adjust heavy hammer position.

  Actuator drives the rocker after receives program order, and the rocker drives the plug open adown to discharge dust. Draw stem drives the plug to close according to the program time after discharge. Push and extrusion of actuator are controlled by journey and feed back switch signal at the same time.

l  安裝(zhuang)時請(qing)注意(yi)閘門(men)本體(ti)上标(biao)明介(jie)質流(liu)向，清(qing)除内(nei)腔🙇🏻附(fu)着物(wu)。兩⛱️法(fa)蘭連(lian)接時(shi)必須(xu)加密(mi)封墊(nian)片，然(ran)後均(jun)勻鎖(suo)緊螺(luo)栓。

l  設(she)備在(zai)運行(hang)時，請(qing)定期(qi)給傳(chuan)動部(bu)分加(jia)潤滑(hua)油。執(zhi)行部(bu)分定(ding)期維(wei)💜護和(he)檢修(xiu)。

l  若長(zhang)期存(cun)放應(ying)使設(she)備處(chu)于關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)态，各(ge)傳動(dong)部位(wei)加潤(run)滑油(you)，不允(yun)許露(lu)天存(cun)放或(huo)堆置(zhi)。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Clean the inner body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l   Please add lubricant to transmission when equipment is operating and maintain and check the actuator regularly.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
