  This valve is widely used at the  top and bottom of store house and carry port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

  結構(gou)簡單(dan)、操作(zuo)靈活(huo)、重量(liang)輕、無(wu)卡阻(zu)、切斷(duan)快，特(te)别适(shi)用于(yu)各🤟類(lei)無粘(zhan)度的(de)固體(ti)、粉料(liao)及小(xiao)于Φ10mm的(de)顆粒(li)料，晶(jing)粒料(liao)的輸(shu)送及(ji)流量(liang)調節(jie)，安裝(zhuang)不受(shou)角度(du)限制(zhi)， 操作(zuo)方便(bian)， 能随(sui)時調(diao)🚶‍♀️節開(kai)度。該(gai)閥門(men)有手(shou)輪和(he)鍊輪(lun)操縱(zong)兩種(zhong)操作(zuo)形式(shi)，I型為(wei)手輪(lun)，II為鍊(lian)輪。單(dan)向和(he)雙向(xiang)兩種(zhong)結構(gou)形式(shi)，LZD為單(dan)向、LZS為(wei)雙向(xiang)。

  This valve is simple in structure, handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle and operated handily. The size of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. Ⅰ means manual wheel. Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction LZD is signal direction and LZS is double direction.

  主要(yao)由框(kuang)架、閘(zha)闆、絲(si)杆、螺(luo)母等(deng)零件(jian)構成(cheng)，用手(shou)轉動(dong)手輪(lun)使絲(si)杆帶(dai)着絲(si)杆螺(luo)母和(he)閘闆(pan)沿水(shui)平方(fang)向往(wang)🏃🏻‍♂️複運(yun)動，達(da)到閘(zha)門的(de)啟閉(bi)目的(de)。

  It is mainly made up of frame, gate board, screw pole, nut etc. Rotate the handwheel by hand, then the screw pole drives the nut and gate board move in horizontal to and fro to open or close the valve.

Usage explanation:

l  本(ben)閥可(ke)水平(ping)安裝(zhuang)或垂(chui)直安(an)裝，安(an)裝時(shi)兩法(fa)蘭連(lian)接中(zhong)間👨‍❤️‍👨必(bi)💯須加(jia)密封(feng)墊片(pian)，然後(hou)鎖緊(jin)螺栓(shuan)。

l  操作(zuo)時手(shou)輪順(shun)時針(zhen)旋轉(zhuan)為閥(fa)關，反(fan)之為(wei)開，不(bu)得在(zai)手㊙️輪(lun)上再(zai)增加(jia)輔助(zhu)杠杆(gan)。

l  若長(zhang)期存(cun)放應(ying)使設(she)備處(chu)于關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)态，各(ge)傳動(dong)部位(wei)應加(jia)🌏潤滑(hua)💃油，不(bu)允許(xu)露天(tian)存放(fang)或堆(dui)置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You can not add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shut-down if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open air and piling up is not permitted.
