工(gong)作原理(li)：

Working principle:

  防爆、安(an)全閥作(zuo)為壓縮(suo)、易爆氣(qi)體管道(dao)系統中(zhong)的卸壓(ya)🌈裝🌈置🚶。當(dang)系統壓(ya)力大于(yu)表壓力(li)時，防爆(bao)膜片則(ze)自⁉️行破(po)裂，安全(quan)閥闆則(ze)🔴自行開(kai)啟洩壓(ya)，以防止(zhi)系統發(fa)生爆炸(zha)，保證生(sheng)❌産和人(ren)身安全(quan)。

  The valve is the unloading device of compress easy-exploding pipe. The slice would break itself and the board would open to release pressure automatically when the system pressure is above meter pressure, which can prevent the explosion and protect the production and person’s safety.

  放散閥(fa)、放風閥(fa)作為輸(shu)送氣體(ti)管道中(zhong)的特殊(shu)卸壓裝(zhuang)置，可以(yi)根據系(xi)統需要(yao)，經手動(dong)控制或(huo)自動控(kong)制💰來完(wan)成對管(guan)道✊系統(tong)中氣體(ti)的排放(fang)或補充(chong)，其密封(feng)面根據(ju)不同工(gong)況、不同(tong)溫度，可(ke)采用橡(xiang)膠軟密(mi)封或金(jin)屬硬密(mi)封形式(shi)。

  The discharging air valve and scatter valve is used in the transporting gas pipe system for special discharging device. It can let or supply the gas in the pipe system by manual or automatic control according to the system demand. Rubber soft sealing or metal hard sealing can be adopted in terms of different working condition and temperature.

安裝及(ji)調試：

Installation and regulation:

l   防(fang)爆、安全(quan)閥作為(wei)系統終(zhong)端或旁(pang)路終端(duan)的安全(quan)設備，為(wei)法蘭式(shi)🤩連接。

l   防(fang)爆閥、洩(xie)爆閥安(an)全膜片(pian)，安全閥(fa)、安全閥(fa)闆根據(ju)客戶😘系(xi)統****安全(quan)壓力而(er)定。使用(yong)時，必須(xu)核對工(gong)況性能(neng)參數是(shi)否🛀🏻與該(gai)産品相(xiang)符，切不(bu)可盲目(mu)安裝使(shi)用。

l   安裝(zhuang)時，清理(li)安全膜(mo)片、安全(quan)閥闆，不(bu)允許有(you)污垢附(fu)着，兩🏃‍♂️法(fa)蘭連接(jie)時，中間(jian)需加密(mi)封墊。

l   防(fang)爆、安全(quan)閥，保護(hu)動作後(hou)，必須馬(ma)上更換(huan)安全膜(mo)片🍉或檢(jian)查安全(quan)閥闆狀(zhuang)态。

l   防爆(bao)、安全閥(fa)應随時(shi)處于臨(lin)界動作(zuo)狀态，以(yi)保護系(xi)統。

l   放散(san)閥、放風(feng)閥的安(an)裝條件(jian)必須保(bao)證人員(yuan)安全，便(bian)😍于操☎️作(zuo)與觀💃🏻察(cha)。

l   Anti-exploding or safety valve is the safety equipment on the end of system or side road, which is connected by flanges.

l   Safety film, safety valve and valve board are decided by the max safety pressure of user’s system. Examine the performance parameters of working condition when operate.

l   Clean the safety film and valve board when install and there is no dirt. Add seal cushion between the two flanges.

l   Exchange the safety film or check the state of valve board immediately after protecting action is over.

l   The valve should be in the critical action state at any time in order to protect system.

l   The installation condition must ensure the safety of the operator and make it easy to operate and observe.

運輸保(bao)管：

Transportation and protection:

l  運輸(shu)時應避(bi)免撞擊(ji)閥門和(he)安全膜(mo)片、安全(quan)閥闆及(ji)放風閥(fa)的❗傳動(dong)裝置。

l  閥(fa)門應存(cun)放在幹(gan)燥室内(nei)，不允許(xu)露天存(cun)放或堆(dui)置，保護(hu)♊安全閥(fa)閥闆密(mi)封面。放(fang)散閥，放(fang)風閥應(ying)對傳動(dong)裝置及(ji)傳動部(bu)位作防(fang)鏽、防潮(chao)處理。

l  Avoid bumping valve gate, safety film, safety valve board and transmission device of discharging air valve when transport the valve.

l  Anticorrosive and dampproof measures should be taken to the transmission devices and parts of the discharging air valve and scatter valve.

維(wei)護及檢(jian)修：

Maintenance and examination:

l  定期(qi)檢查各(ge)安全閥(fa)，防爆閥(fa)的運行(hang)情況。

l  如(ru)出現安(an)全閥、防(fang)爆閥的(de)安全膜(mo)片爆破(po)後，請在(zai)排🥵除系(xi)統故障(zhang)後及時(shi)更換安(an)全膜片(pian)。

l  對放風(feng)閥的執(zhi)行機構(gou)定期檢(jian)查，對傳(chuan)動部分(fen)加潤滑(hua)油，定期(qi)🛀更😘換潤(run)滑脂。

l  對(dui)密閉狀(zhuang)況要定(ding)期檢查(cha)，及時更(geng)換。

l  Check the working condition of the safety valve and anti-explosion valve regularly.

l  If the safety film of safety valve and anti-explosion valve is demolished, please exchange the safety film in time after solve the failure.

l  Check the actuator of the discharging air valve regularly. Add lubricant to the transmission parts and replace the lubricant grease regularly.

l  Check the sealing condition regularly and replace in time.
