  This series valve is the most innovative design basing on the experience of using inserting disc valve. It is mainly used to regulate in pipes of venting removing dust, carrying, venting system and to regulate or cutting carrying of solid powder.

Structure characteristic:

  采用優質(zhi)鋼材焊接(jie)而成,具有(you)結構簡單(dan),操作自如(ru),閥闆滑🌍動(dong)靈活,密閉(bi)性能優良(liang)等特點。特(te)别是局部(bu)阻力☎️損失(shi)小,調節性(xing)能好,維護(hu)保養拆卸(xie)方便,不易(yi)🛀🏻變形,克服(fu)了老式插(cha)闆閥漏風(feng)大、變形快(kuai)、調節困難(nan)的毛病。特(te)别适用于(yu)無粘度的(de)固體粉料(liao)及小于Ф10mm顆(ke)粒料、晶體(ti)料、固狀物(wu)料的輸送(song)。

  This valve is welded in fine steel and simple in structure, handy to operate, smooth to slide, good in seal. Especially it is less loss in local resistance, good regulation, convenient to replace and maintain, not distorted. It overcomes the defect of outdated inserting disc valve such as great leakage, distorting quickly and difficulty in regulating. It is suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid, solid material less than 10mm.

工作(zuo)原理:

Working principle:

  The valve is mainly made up of actuator, body, disc, seal device and journey switch etc. Instruction is transmitted to the actuator. The actuator drives disc draw out to reach the requiring position and then bumps the journey switch to stop. Journey switch feeds back the signal to control room. Otherwise close disc.

 

使用說明(ming):

Operation instruction:

l  本閥連接(jie)方式為法(fa)蘭連接。

l  本(ben)閥可水平(ping)或垂直安(an)裝,安裝時(shi)兩法蘭聯(lian)接中間必(bi)須🐅加密封(feng)👉墊片,然後(hou)均勻鎖緊(jin)螺栓。

l  手動(dong)操作時向(xiang)外抽出為(wei)開,向内推(tui)進為關。不(bu)得在把手(shou)上增加🔞輔(fu)助器材。

l  執(zhi)行機構應(ying)按其使用(yong)說明正确(que)接線與操(cao)作。

l  若長期(qi)存放應使(shi)設備處于(yu)關閉狀态(tai),各傳動部(bu)位應加潤(run)滑油,不允(yun)許露天存(cun)放或堆置(zhi)。

l   Joint type of this valve is flange joint.

l   The valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt.

l   Draw out handle means open and push in means close. Assistant lever can’t be added to handle.

l   Actuator must be connected and operated exactly according to the operation instruction.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
