  This valve is widely used in the pipe system such as venting and environment protection in building material, glass, mining, power, light industry and papermaking departments. It can change the flow and cut off gas medium in the pipe by the different control signal.

  The valve has the features of lightweight, compact structure, endurance, little in the lost of flow resistance, high working pressure, flexible operation, definite direction, easy to maintenance and long life. It can be installed at any angle. It is suitable in the condition of adjusting, cutting off and self-protecting quickly. The valve is used with DKJ, ZKJ, Bernard electric actuator and other accessory to form a complete set to realize manual and automatic exchange without interference, micro-computer long-range control, automatic control or center concentrating control. It is the ideal equipment of realizing operation of automatic control and adjusting flow.

工作原理(li)：

Working principle

采用雙偏(pian)心密封結(jie)構，關閉時(shi)越關越緊(jin)，開啟後确(que)保密封面(mian)與密封圈(quan)完全脫離(li)接觸，保護(hu)密封圈不(bu)受損傷，延(yan)長使用壽(shou)命。密封面(mian)、密封圈選(xuan)用不鏽鋼(gang)制作，其耐(nai)鏽蝕、耐高(gao)溫性保證(zheng)了密封性(xing)能的可靠(kao)⛱️。采用半軸(zhou)結構，蝶闆(pan)為桁架式(shi)結構，其強(qiang)度高、過流(liu)面積大、流(liu)阻小、節省(sheng)能源。本閥(fa)具有介質(zhi)雙向截止(zhi)💞密封功能(neng)，其滲漏量(liang)為零。

手動(dong)高性能密(mi)閉蝶閥；通(tong)過轉動手(shou)輪，經蝸輪(lun)副減速，帶(dai)動✉️閥軸、蝶(die)闆作90°範圍(wei)内的旋轉(zhuan)，達到截斷(duan)、連通或調(diao)節流量的(de)目的。閥門(men)的開啟或(huo)關閉位置(zhi)均由限位(wei)機構限位(wei)，并有指⚽示(shi)機構顯示(shi)蝶闆位置(zhi)狀态。

自動(dong)高性能密(mi)閉蝶閥；由(you)電動執行(hang)器接受變(bian)送、調節DCS、PLC等(deng)上位儀表(biao)的控制信(xin)号或操作(zuo)器手控信(xin)号，輸出角(jiao)位移帶動(dong)傳動軸，把(ba)動力傳給(gei)閥軸帶動(dong)蝶闆作同(tong)步旋轉運(yun)動，達到全(quan)開、全㊙️閉及(ji)任意調節(jie)的目🐇的。電(dian)動執行器(qi)與蝶闆的(de)開度同步(bu)反饋0～10mA或 4～20mA直(zhi)流電信号(hao)，用戶可根(gen)據電流信(xin)号來控制(zhi)蝶闆的任(ren)意開度，達(da)到調節的(de)目的。

The valve adopts double eccentric sealed structure. The more it is close, the more it is tight. The sealing surface will separate from sealing ring, which prevent the sealing ring from damaging. The material of sealing surface and ring is stainless steel whose resistance of abrasion and high temperature ensure the reliability of sealing performance. It adopts half shaft structure and the butterfly disc is trussed structure, having the features of great strength, big flow area, little lost of flow resistance and saving energy. The valve has the function of stopping and sealing medium in double directions and without leakage.

Manual high performance sealed butterfly valve: rotate hand wheel to drive the valve axle and butterfly disc rotate in the range of 90°to cut off, connect or adjust the flow. The open or close position of the valve gate is limited by the limit device. The indicating device displays the position of butterfly disc.

Automatic high performance sealed butterfly valve: control signal or manual signal of DCS or PLC meter is accepted, adjusted and transmitted by electric actuator. Then the actuator outputs the angle moving to drive the transmission shaft. It drives the axle and disc rotating synchronously in order to adjust freely, full open and close. The open angle between actuator and disc’s sync feedback DC signal is 0～10mA or 4～20mA. User can control the random open angle of disc according as the current signal.

安裝(zhuang)及調試：

Installation and regulation

l  安(an)裝前必須(xu)清潔閥體(ti)内腔，不允(yun)許有任何(he)雜物和污(wu)🏃🏻垢附着（特(te)别注意密(mi)封面、密封(feng)圈的清潔(jie)）。

l  安裝前檢(jian)查閥門各(ge)部位是否(fou)有松動現(xian)象，對閥門(men)🤟進💃行開啟(qi)🧡、關閉一個(ge)周期是否(fou)有異常現(xian)象，同時檢(jian)查閥門的(de)啟閉❄️位置(zhi)♌是否🤞準确(que)。

l  水平安裝(zhuang)或垂直安(an)裝的閥門(men)閥軸應處(chu)于水平位(wei)👣置，傳動裝(zhuang)🏃‍♂️置不允許(xu)作起吊用(yong)，并嚴禁損(sun)傷。

l  本閥具(ju)有一定的(de)雙向密封(feng)性能，若隻(zhi)需控制單(dan)方向流動(dong)❓的介質時(shi)，其安裝方(fang)向應參照(zhao)閥體上箭(jian)頭所示，該(gai)箭頭所指(zhi)為介質流(liu)向。

l  安裝如(ru)示意圖，加(jia)密封墊後(hou)均勻鎖緊(jin)聯接螺栓(shuan)。

l  調整完成(cheng)後必須進(jin)行綜合性(xing)能檢查：接(jie)通電源開(kai)啟閥💃門🌍，當(dang)閥門至“全(quan)開”“全閉”位(wei)置時，行程(cheng)控制機構(gou)🌈應準确地(di)切斷電源(yuan)，而轉㊙️矩限(xian)位機構處(chu)于臨界動(dong)🌈作狀态。開(kai)度指示機(ji)構應準确(que)地顯示閥(fa)門的開啟(qi)狀态。

l  電動(dong)切換手動(dong)操作時，應(ying)切斷電源(yuan)，不得在手(shou)輪上再增(zeng)加🔴輔助杠(gang)杆，手輪順(shun)時針旋轉(zhuan)為關，反之(zhi)為開，閥闆(pan)開啟角度(du)為0°~90°。

l   The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body, especially the sealing surface and ring.

l   Check the valve gate before install. Open and close the valve by hand for a period and check the open-close position of the valve gate.

l   The valve axle must be on the horizontal position when installed in horizontal or vertical. The transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid damage when installed.

l   The valve has the feature of double-sealing performance. The installation direction should refer to the arrow on the valve body, which indicates the medium flow direction, when control the flow of medium in single direction. 

l   Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

l   Synthetic performance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn on the power and open the valve, the stroke control device should cut down the power exactly when the valve is in the state of full open or full close. While the torque limit device is in critical state. The open angle indicating device should display the open state of the valve gate exactly.

l   The power must be shut down when operating by manual. Assistant pole can’t be added to hand wheel. Clockwise rotation of hand wheel means open and anticlockwise means close. Open angle is 0~90°.

運輸及(ji)保管：

Transportation and protection

l  運輸(shu)時應避免(mian)撞擊蝶閥(fa)及傳動裝(zhuang)置，閥門應(ying)處于♋全閉(bi)💘位置，以防(fang)在運輸中(zhong)密封面和(he)傳動部件(jian)損壞。

l  當閥(fa)門水平放(fang)置運輸時(shi)，傳動裝置(zhi)及傳動部(bu)位應懸空(kong)，以防💘止傳(chuan)動軸受力(li)過大而變(bian)形損壞。

l  該(gai)閥應存放(fang)在幹燥的(de)室内，不允(yun)許露天存(cun)放或堆💚置(zhi)。長期存🔴放(fang)時應使閥(fa)門處于關(guan)閉狀态，各(ge)傳動部位(wei)加💃🏻潤滑油(you)，傳動裝㊙️置(zhi)作防潮、防(fang)塵處理。

l   Avoid bumping of valve and transmission device. The valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of sealing surface and driving part.

l   Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is in horizontal in order to prevent damage of driving axle.

l   The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

維(wei)護及檢修(xiu)：

Maintenance and examination

l  定期檢查(cha)傳動裝置(zhi)的運行情(qing)況：電機部(bu)分、控制開(kai)關是🏃🏻‍♂️否異(yi)常。

l  定期給(gei)閥的傳動(dong)部位加潤(run)滑油。

l  定期(qi)檢查閥的(de)密封填料(liao)處，補充、更(geng)換填料以(yi)防介質外(wai)洩。

l  對閥門(men)周期性維(wei)護時應全(quan)面檢查閥(fa)的各密封(feng)部位❓、傳💞動(dong)部位😍，對各(ge)密封部位(wei)應進行檢(jian)測，對檢測(ce)數據應💜記(ji)錄在案。

l   Check the working condition of electric parts, control switch and sealing of pneumatic device regularly.

l   Add lubricant to the transmission parts regularly.

l   Check the sealing filler of the valve regularly. Complement or change filler avoiding leakage of medium.

l   Check the sealing parts and transmission parts thoroughly. Detect the sealing parts and the detecting data should be registered.
