  This series valve is the most innovative design basing on the experience of using inserting disc valve. It is mainly used to regulate in pipes of venting removing dust, carrying, venting system and to regulate or cutting carrying of solid powder.

  This valve is welded in fine steel and simple in structure, handy to operate, smooth to slide, good in seal. Especially it is less loss in local resistance, good regulation, convenient to replace and maintain, not distorted. It overcomes the defect of outdated inserting disc valve such as great leakage, distorting quickly and difficulty in regulating. It is suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid, solid material less than 10mm.

Working principle:

  插(cha)闆閥(fa)主要(yao)由執(zhi)行機(ji)構、閥(fa)體、插(cha)闆、密(mi)封裝(zhuang)置、行(hang)程開(kai)關等(deng)❓部件(jian)組成(cheng)。運行(hang)時輸(shu)出指(zhi)令（電(dian)源或(huo)氣源(yuan)）給執(zhi)行機(ji)構，由(you)執行(hang)機構(gou)帶動(dong)插闆(pan)向外(wai)抽出(chu)，達到(dao)工況(kuang)需要(yao)位置(zhi)，撞動(dong)行程(cheng)開關(guan)停止(zhi)，由行(hang)程開(kai)關反(fan)饋信(xin)号（開(kai)關信(xin)号）給(gei)控🌈制(zhi)室。反(fan)之則(ze)關閉(bi)插闆(pan)閥（向(xiang)内🙇‍♀️推(tui)進）。

  The valve is mainly made up of actuator, body, disc, seal device and journey switch etc. Instruction is transmitted to the actuator. The actuator drives disc draw out to reach the requiring position and then bumps the journey switch to stop. Journey switch feeds back the signal to control room. Otherwise close disc.

Operation instruction:

l  本(ben)閥連(lian)接方(fang)式為(wei)法蘭(lan)連接(jie)。

l  本閥(fa)可水(shui)平或(huo)垂直(zhi)安裝(zhuang)，安裝(zhuang)時兩(liang)法蘭(lan)聯接(jie)中間(jian)🌐必須(xu)加密(mi)🔅封墊(nian)片，然(ran)後均(jun)勻鎖(suo)緊螺(luo)栓。

l  手(shou)動操(cao)作時(shi)向外(wai)抽出(chu)為開(kai)，向内(nei)推進(jin)為關(guan)。不得(de)在把(ba)手上(shang)增加(jia)輔助(zhu)器材(cai)。

l  執行(hang)機構(gou)應按(an)其使(shi)用說(shuo)明正(zheng)确接(jie)線與(yu)操作(zuo)。

l  若長(zhang)期存(cun)放應(ying)使設(she)備處(chu)于關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)态，各(ge)傳動(dong)部位(wei)應加(jia)☂️潤滑(hua)油，不(bu)允許(xu)露天(tian)存放(fang)或堆(dui)置。

l   Joint type of this valve is flange joint.

l   The valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt.

l   Draw out handle means open and push in means close. Assistant lever can’t be added to handle.

l   Actuator must be connected and operated exactly according to the operation instruction.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
